On this page
Effective November 3, 2026. This policy explains what Metrorrhagia.com ("we") collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email signups. If you join our list, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, the date, and a short one-way hash derived from your IP address (used only to limit abuse). We don't send any newsletter yet. We'll only email you about new guides, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.
- Contact, domain inquiry forms. We store what you submit (name, email, message) so we can reply.
- Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a short period.
- Tools. Flashcards and the quiz run in your browser. The spotting log saves entries only in your own browser (localStorage) on your device; we never receive them.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't currently use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If we add them (for example display advertising), we'll update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
- We don't ask for, or want, health information about you. Please don't include health details in forms.
Affiliate links
When you click an affiliate link, you go to the partner's website, which may set its own cookies to track the referral. Their privacy policies apply there.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by using the contact form. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we'll honour them.
Retention and security
Signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Data is stored on a private server, served over HTTPS.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post changes on this page with a new effective date.
